Pylon

Pylon is an angular sash brush made with a nylon and polyester blend. It has a flat sash handle and can be used with either oil- or water-based finishes. Pylon combines polyester, which gives the brush stiffness and temperature resistance, and nylon, which delivers a smooth finish. The brush is ideal for exterior trim jobs, where durability is desired. Pylon has a slightly thinner profile and shorter bristle length than its sister brush, Lehigh. If brush weight or manuverability is a factor, Pylon is the brush to choose.

This PYLON is the best brush I have ever used in my whole life. It is suggested for outside trim, but I have been using it on inside work with good water-based Benjamin Moore paint . I almost have stopped using anything else except on big broad surfaces.rnrnThis one is unbeatable for smooth application and ease of handling (I have the 2") even in aging, arthritic hands. I find I can do almost any sort of detail with it's good angularity and bristle cut; a job I might have needed 2 or even 3 different brushes for in the past all goes so nicely with just this one.rnrnAnd it holds paint and gives a really nice surface.rnI now really don't want to use anything else.
